
Yoga Classes


Colin is a Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga) in the Sivananda tradition; a classical form of yoga called Hatha (pronounced "Ha-Tah", meaning sun-moon).
Students are guided in proper breathing, asana (steady postures), concentration and deep relaxation, all with the goal of bringing body and mind into a state of meditative awareness.
Classes are taught in a cozy private studio near Webster's Falls in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The room temperature is comfortable (not hot). Classes are 75 minutes long. Participation is by invitation only (no drop-ins) and limited to a maximum of 8 persons.

No previous experience required. All levels welcome. First class is always free!
